Established in 2019, the Chennai Arbitration Centre (CAC) is a premier Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) institution based in Chennai. Formed as an initiative by a group of distinguished arbitration professionals, CAC was founded to provide the business community with swift, efficient, and confidential alternatives to traditional litigation.
Registered as a Society under the Tamil Nadu Society Registration Act, 1975, CAC is dedicated to resolving disputes through arbitration and mediation. Our institution leverages the expertise of eminent lawyers to ensure that every dispute is handled with the highest level of professionalism and flexibility.
Membership
We welcome qualified individuals to join our mission. Any arbitrator residing in Chennai who has attained the age of 18 years is eligible for admission as a member. All members are expected to strive for the promotion, betterment, and noble purposes of the Association.
